Below is a video and an article on building your own email campaign in TouchConvert. Below are Step by Step Instructions IMPORTANT: Make sure you added the DNS settings inside of your DNS manager to start to send emails. If you have not done this or get a message that mail cannot be sent from TouchConvert, this is because your DNS settings have not been added. Simply contact us to get the settings if need be. Email campaigning is used for news and informational events that need to be released on a very specific date and time. For example you could use this feature to create news letters, announcements to certain groups of customers and even invitations and surveys. Click on Email Campaigns to start to build a campaign. Email Campaign Overview Once you are inside of your campaign you should see a list of campaigns that you've already created. If this is your first time in this area then it will be blank. To add an email campaign click on the Plus button. To edit a campaign click on the title of the campaign. To delete a campaign click on the trash can. Adding a new Email Campaign Once you click the plus button you will see this screen.   Give your campaign a title. Either Choose a previous email list from the dropdown if you've imported one earlier Or import a list by browsing for it. (Note: If you don't have a list yet you can inport it later.) Before you can schedule out your Facebook posts with TouchConvert, you will need to connect your Facebook to TouchConvert.  Keep reading to learn how to connect your Facebook to TouchConvert: Connecting Your Facebook to TouchConvert Once you are in social you have three networks to start with.  The way this area was built is you can create one message and then deploy it to all networks without the need to rewrite it.  See the following pages as an example.       1. Connecting to Facebook 1. Click on the Facebook button   You will be greeted to your Facebook login. Type your username and password. Click Login at the bottom (You do not need to check-off "Keep me logged in"). Choosing the Correct Facebook Profile Once you are logged into Facebook. You should see a dropdown with the option to pick your Facebook Profile. If you are a business you will want to consider having a Facebook company page rather than your "My main profile" page.  The reason for this is because if you want to allow other employees to post to Facebook it should be to the company page and not your own Facebook page. If you are a single business owner then you would want to just use your own wall. Select from the dropdown the Facebook profile you want TouchConver to post to. Drip campaigns are an imporantant kind of customer nurturing that every marketing professional needs. This type of email marketing sends emails to segmented lists on a pre-determined frequency - taking the customer on a journey. The journey begins when the customer is added to the drip campaign. This type of marketing requires a lot of leg work up front, but in the long run increase client retention and conversion. Typically, each email in your campaign could stand alone but collectively, they encourage a specific action (using your service, purchase your product or to warm up the lead). Once you've segmented your list, created the content for your drip campaign and determined the frequency of your messages you're all ready to create your drip campaign. This guide shows you how to set up a drip campaign in TouchConvert. Login to TouchConvert If you're not already logged into TouchConvert, then you'll need to login by visiting app.cmobuddy.com . If you're using TouchConvert for CRM, a great place to start is by setting up your opportunity stages. TouchConvert comes with four pre-fabbed (generic) opportunity stages > Prospecting, Estimate, Negotiation, Qualified. But every industry and company is different, so we've made it really easy for you to go in and edit your opportunity stages, add additional opportunity stages, delete opportunity stages and re-order opportunity stages. This how-to article gives you step-by-step instructions on how to accomplish that. Navigating to Your Opportunity Stages Once you've logged into TouchConvert (app.cmobuddy.com) - you'll be faced with your dashboard. In the right-hand panel, underneath 'Admin' click on Settings Navigating > CRM Once you get into your Settings, you'll want to look to the right-hand menu again. Are you ready to get automated? Have you finally completed the task of setting up your drip campaigns and are ready to add subscribers periodically to your email campaigns? The hardest part is remembering to access TouchConvert to add these individuals to your email campaign, but if you go in and add them right at the beginning of the cycle - it's all set it and forget it from then on out. Please Note: Once a subscriber is added to a drip campaign - they begin their journey. This is when they will start receiving emails at the frequency that has been pre-determined. Did a new team member join your company? Is a coworker becoming involved in your sales and marketing efforts and they need a TouchConvert account? Depending on your admin settings, you may be able to add them to your account without having to consult a representative. If you're the main account holder - you'll be able to add new members on your account. If you're not, you may need to either 1.) consult the full member on your company's account or 2.) contact a TouchConvert representative. This how-to article will explain how to add a new member to your TouchConvert account if you have full admin access. Logging into TouchConvert First, you'll need to log-in to TouchConvert. To log-in, you need to go to app.cmobuddy.com and type in your username and password. Accessing the Admin Panel After logging in, from the dashboard - in the right-hand panel, underneath Admin click on 'Settings'. Navigating to 'Create New Account' Once you click on Setting from your Admin settings, you'll want to, again, look to that right-hand panel to access the 'Create New Account' panel. How do I import my contacts into TouchConvert from a Spreadsheet? Importing contacts into TouchConvert doesn’t have to be something you need to lean on a TouchConvert team member for assistance with. Whether you already have your contacts in an organized spreadsheet or all over the place, this article will get you in the right place to import your customers (or potential customers) into our platform.   Quick 2-minute summary:   Preparing and Organizing Your Excel Sheet for Import Organize your data into separate columns (first name, last name, email address, etc.) Add any custom fields you’d like to import into TouchConvert Use the find and replace tool to remove any commas, apostrophes or quotes Save your file as a CSV Your spreadsheet may look something like this: Notice how all of the contact fields are a header for the column underneath? Now that you’ve sent an email or drip campaign or two with TouchConvert, you’re ready to interpret the statistics. But what do all these terms mean? Processed, delivered, open, unique open, click, unique click, and bounce – what’s the difference? For starters, how do I access my email campaign statistics in TouchConvert? To get over to your email campaign results, you’ll want to login to TouchConvert (if you’re not already –but let’s be real, this thing keeps you logged in for a long time!) (how awesome is that!). In your right-hand panel under Marketing - click on Email Campaigns (or if you need to see stats for a Drip campaign – click on Drip Campaigns). On this page, click on the Campaign you’re looking to gain some insight to. You’ll see a spot that says “Email Status” – underneath there are two tabs “Not Sent” and “Sent”. It looks like this: Click on the ‘Sent’ tab. This is where all your sent emails go. Viewing the Statistics of your Campaign To view the statistics of your email campaign, click on the eyeball. Once you’re on the eyeball you’ll see multiple things: A chart showing you a visual representation of the processed, delivered, opened, unique opened, clicked, and bounced emails. To utilize the social media portion of TouchConvert, it is necessary that you connect to your social media networks.
