How to Add Subscribers to a Drip Campaign in TouchConvert

Are you ready to get automated? Have you finally completed the task of setting up your drip campaigns and are ready to add subscribers periodically to your email campaigns? The hardest part is remembering to access TouchConvert to add these individuals to your email campaign, but if you go in and add them right at the beginning of the cycle - it's all set it and forget it from then on out.

Please Note: Once a subscriber is added to a drip campaign - they begin their journey. This is when they will start receiving emails at the frequency that has been pre-determined.

For example: If you have an email marked as ready to be set for day 0, and you add an individual to the drip campaign - they will receive that email in the matter of minutes.

In this how-to guide we'll explain how to add subscribers to your already created drip campaign to TouchConvert.

There are three different ways to add subscribers to your drip campaign:

  1. You can add new subscribers to your drip campaign one-by-one. This will require you to fill out the contact's first name, last name and email address and add them to the campaign.
  2. You can either a.) import an existing subscriber from your current contact list or b.) import mass subscribers from your current contact list or..
  3. Import contacts from an entire external list.

To see how to add subscribers each of these ways, keep reading below:

Before you can schedule out your Facebook posts with TouchConvert, you will need to connect your Facebook to TouchConvert.  Keep reading to learn how to connect your Facebook to TouchConvert: Connecting Your Facebook to TouchConvert Once you are in social you have three networks to start with.  The way this area was built is you can create one message and then deploy it to all networks without the need to rewrite it.  See the following pages as an example.       1. Connecting to Facebook 1. Click on the Facebook button   You will be greeted to your Facebook login. Type your username and password. Click Login at the bottom (You do not need to check-off "Keep me logged in"). Choosing the Correct Facebook Profile Once you are logged into Facebook. You should see a dropdown with the option to pick your Facebook Profile. If you are a business you will want to consider having a Facebook company page rather than your "My main profile" page.  The reason for this is because if you want to allow other employees to post to Facebook it should be to the company page and not your own Facebook page. If you are a single business owner then you would want to just use your own wall. Select from the dropdown the Facebook profile you want TouchConver to post to. Click "Save" to finish.     Facebook Success Once you have selected your Facebook settings this screen will appear
