Are you ready to get automated? Have you finally completed the task of setting up your drip campaigns and are ready to add subscribers periodically to your email campaigns? The hardest part is remembering to access TouchConvert to add these individuals to your email campaign, but if you go in and add them right at the beginning of the cycle - it's all set it and forget it from then on out.
Please Note: Once a subscriber is added to a drip campaign - they begin their journey. This is when they will start receiving emails at the frequency that has been pre-determined.
For example: If you have an email marked as ready to be set for day 0, and you add an individual to the drip campaign - they will receive that email in the matter of minutes.
In this how-to guide we'll explain how to add subscribers to your already created drip campaign to TouchConvert.
There are three different ways to add subscribers to your drip campaign:

First things first, you'll need to log-in to TouchConvert. To do this - you'll need to go to: app.cmobuddy.com - and type in your username and password. Then, click 'Log In".
After you log-in, you'll be faced with your Dashboard. In the right-hand panel click on 'Drip Campaigns' under the Marketing header.
Once you click on Drip Campaigns, you'll be taken to a screen that loads all the drip campaigns that you have created. If you have multiple campaigns, you'll want to click on the name of the campaign you want to add subscribers to. In this example, we only have one drip campaign - so we will click on the name of that campaign.
Once you click into your drip campaign, you'll see all the email messages that are included in that drip campaign; here you'll want to put your focus in on the right-hand menu. In the right-hand menu click on 'Add Subscriber(s)'
Congrats! You have successfully added one individual to your drip campaign!
While adding individuals one by one is one approach to adding individuals to your drip campaign, you may need to add someone to a drip campaign who is already a contact in TouchConvert. Follow the instructions below to add an existing contact to your drip campaign:
You will still follow the previous steps listed above (Log-In to Touch Convert) > (Faced with Dashboard) in the right-hand panel click on Drip Campaigns > Click on the Name of the Drip Campaign you'd like to add a subscriber to > then in the right-hand panel click on Add Subscribers.
Congratulations! You have added individuals who are already existing in your database to the drip campaign!
The last way to import individuals to a drip campaign is by a List. To add individuals from a list to TouchConvert:
You will still follow the previous steps listed above (Log-In to Touch Convert) > (Faced with Dashboard) in the right-hand panel click on Drip Campaigns > Click on the Name of the Drip Campaign you'd like to add a subscriber to
There you have it, that is how you add contacts from a CSV. These individuals have now been added to your drip campaign and will now begin to receive the marketing material you have set up.
