How to Search for a Contact

Location: + Contacts > All Contacts

1. Using the search bar, search by company name or the person's first or last name.

2. Click "View" by the person's name to see more information about that person.

3. Click on the page numbers on the bottom left-hand corner to view more contacts.

How to Add a Contact

Location: Contact (in the top right hand corner)

1. Fill in the required fields.

2. Click "Add" in the lower right-hand corner when complete.

How do I see My Leads

Location: + Contact > My Leads

1. A list will appear showing all of your contacts that are also your leads inside of opportunities.

2. Click the person's name to see more information about that person.

3. Click the page numbers on the bottom left-hand corner to view more contacts.

How to add a new Contact Attribute

Location: Admin > Settings > Contact Attributes

1. Click the "Plus" icon to add a new attribute.

2. Click the "Edit" icon to edit an attribute.

3. Type in the Attribute name.

4. Click "Save."

How to Switch Between Collaborative and Competitive Modes

Location: Admin > Settings > CRM

1. Checkmark the setting you want.

*Note: Collaborative Mode will let your team see each other's CRM data. Competitive Mode will keep each member's CRM data private. Only admins can see each member's data in this mode.

2. Click "Save."

How do I Add an Opportunity

Location: + Opportunity (right hand corner)

1. Add opportunity title.

2. If this is an existing contact, checkmark "Existing Contact" and start typing the contact name. Select your contact name from the dropdown. The remaining required information will auto-complete.

3. If this is a new contact, check market "New Contact" and fill in the requried information.

4. Add a secondary contact by clicking on the "Plus" icon to the right.

5. Select the source from the dropdown, or add a new source by clicking the "Plus" icon to the right.

6. Select the opportunity stage from the dropdown. To edit your opportunity stages, click the "Edit" icon to the right.

7. Select the opportunity strength by clicking on one of the four images: "Cool," "Warm," "Hot," or "Very Hot."

8. Fill in the rest of the required information on the page. Click "Add."

How Import Opportunities From Another CRM

Location: CRM

At the bottom of the CRM sidebar, click "Import" to upload your CSV file.

How to Add a Task

Location: CRM > Tasks

1. Click the "Plus" icon to add a task.

2. Fill in the required fields.

3. Use the dropdown to assign the task to yourself or another person.

4. Type in a task due date and use the dropdowns below to enter in a time due.

5. To finish, click "Save."

How To Set Up a Report

Location: CRM > Reports

1. Use the "Reports From" drowdown to select whose report you would like to see.

*Note: You can only see other members' reports when your CRM is in collaborative mode.

2. Use the "Graph Type" dropdown to select whether you would like your graph to report based on stage, source, or time.

3. Use the "Date" dropdown to select a period of time for your report.

4. To finish, click "Go."

How to Add a New Opportunity Stage

Location: Admin > Settings > CRM

1. Click the "Plus" icon to add a new stage. Then, drag the stage into the order placement you want.

How to Edit or Delete Your Opportunity Stage

Location: Admin > Settings > CRM

To Edit an Opporunity Stage:

1. Click the "Edit" Icon (the pencil) to edit your opportunity stage name

2. Once you've typed in the new opportunity stage name click "Save"

To Delete an Opportunity Stage:

1. Click the Trash icon. 

* You'll be prompted with an "Are you sure" window. Click "Yes" to delete the Opp. Stage

How to Add a New Opportunity Source

Location: Admin > Settings > CRM

1. In the Opportunity Sources section, click the "Plus" icon to add a new source.

2. Click the "Edit" icon to remove a source or edit the title of a source.
