Login to TouchConvert Login to TouchConvert and click on Settings Zoom Contact Attributes Click on Contact Attributes to add new Contact Field Zoom Add a new Field Click on the green plus button to add a new field. Zoom Name the Field Give the new Field a name, such as Tags. You can add other customer Contact Attributes here as well. Zoom New Tags Field is added Now you should see a new Tags field. Zoom View any contact you have Click on View next to any contact to see new field. Zoom New Tags Field Youll see your new input field in the contacts area. Zoom Type your Tags Type as many tags for this customer that you need. You dont need to use a comma if you dont want to. These will become search filters later.
